Territory Sales Manager

The Territory Account Manager plays a crucial role in maximizing sales volume by working closely with representatives, contractors, and other stakeholders. This individual contributor role involves 50% travel within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Secure quotations for large projects through representatives and distributors.
- Evaluate customer orders and provide recommendations for efficient product use.
- Offer technical and sales support for products, developing strong brand awareness.
- Assist customers with submittals and Bill of Material quotations.
- Grow awareness of market trends and competitor activities, communicating findings to the Business Development Manager.
- Maintain and develop a competitor database.
- Attend trade shows and sales conferences to stay informed on market conditions and industry developments.
- Provide technical support for products and software, building customer knowledge and trust.
- Submit product orders, verify material lists, and ensure delivery schedules meet customer needs.
- Obtain building blueprints and submit them to the takeoff department for bid preparation.
- Create and deliver PowerPoint presentations to showcase product offerings and sales purposes.
- Technical knowledge of products related to airflow, space optimization, and customized solutions.
- 3-15 years of experience in a sales development or technical support role, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industries.
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working with contractors, representatives, and distributors.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with a proven track record of executing projects effectively.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers and internal teams.
