About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sprinkler Service Manager to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for leading our sprinkler service operations and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and implement plans to meet and exceed corporate revenue goals, focusing on new bookings, revenue, and profitability.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of service and collection issues.
  • Productivity Improvement: Set fair territories for technicians, assign performance measurements, and motivate employees to achieve and exceed goals.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure all employees comply with corporate safety programs, complete safety training, and identify hazards for corrective action.
Requirements
  • High School or Technical degree
  • NICET Level II Certification for Sprinkler Systems (or ability to secure on the job)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in integrated service sprinkler systems & inspection environment
  • Leadership skills and ability to learn and grow
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Engineering Discipline or equivalent experience
  • 10 years' experience in integrated systems sales/service environment
  • Demonstrated supervisory/leadership abilities, including training, team building, presentation, and negotiation skills
