About the Role

Nexus Enterprises is seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager for Customer Projects in Plant Engineering to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our customer projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for assigned customer projects, collaborating with project managers and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Quality Control Planning: Develop and implement quality control plans in consultation with the Quality Management department to meet project-specific requirements.
  • Supplier Management: Support the planning of documentation requirements for suppliers, review and release quality documentation, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Error Reduction: Develop and apply error catalogs in FMEA to reduce quality problems and support risk assessment activities.
  • Documentation Development: Participate in the creation of buy specifications, quality control plans, work instructions, inspection and test plans, and FAT/SAT documents.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Several years of relevant professional experience in engineering, preferably in plant construction/power plant construction (oil or gas) and quality management.
  • Skills: Familiarity with CE conformity declarations, MS Office applications, and international regulations for machinery, pressure equipment, and low voltage directives.
  • Desirable: Knowledge of the Machinery Directive, Pressure Equipment Directive, Low Voltage Directive, functional safety, and international regulations.
