Our Professional Services Project Management Office (PMO) is in search of a Senior Project Manager to contribute to our ongoing growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering cloud-based, integration-centric solutions to external clients, with additional experience in B2B Integration and/or EDI being a plus.

The Senior Project Manager will work closely with both customer and internal teams, taking responsibility for the successful implementation of Cleo products and services.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams on approved projects, ensuring that delivery outcomes are met within defined scope, schedule, budget, and quality parameters.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of projects, including those associated with strategic accounts.
- Deliver value to our clients by overseeing project delivery outcomes from initiation to completion for customer-facing solutions.
- Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders regarding status, schedule, budget, and risk factors throughout each project phase.
- Conduct project kickoffs, planning sessions, and regular delivery meetings.
- Lead teams of implementation engineers and influence all involved to achieve positive results for both Cleo and our clients.
- Understand and effectively communicate the value of Cleo's solutions to our clients.
- Take ownership of all project deliverables and outcomes.
- Support organizational growth by adhering to best practices related to time accounting, forecasting, and budget management.
- Clearly communicate all project activities and requirements with the customer and coordinate with implementation engineers and other departments that support your projects.
- Contribute to the development of a growing and results-oriented PMO with your delivery experience and strong project management skills.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management with a commitment to continued professional growth.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
- Prior experience with EDI, MFT, data movement, or file transfer technologies is highly desirable.
- Experience managing resources, schedules, and budgets using Project Portfolio Management (PPM) or similar software tools.
- Must be well-organized and detail-oriented.
- Proven experience delivering cloud-based technology solutions.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive presentation skills.
- Proficient in interacting and coordinating across multiple business and technical teams.
- Ability to manage a portfolio of multiple customer projects simultaneously.

Travel Requirements: 15%
