Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business opportunities and establish long-term relationships with clients.
  • Analyze client requirements and collaborate with internal recruiting leaders to ensure candidate delivery meets clients' expectations.
  • Evaluate, negotiate, and execute contracts to drive business growth.
  • Identify and prospect potential clients, conduct market research, and tailor sales strategies effectively.
  • Engage with prospects through effective communication and presentations, showcasing our company's value proposition and customized solutions.
  • Conduct needs assessments and consultative selling to understand clients' requirements and propose tailored service packages.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive proposals and deliver high-quality solutions to clients.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand professional networks and promote our services.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role, preferably within the staffing industry.
  • Strong understanding of staffing and recruiting functions for departments such as Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain, or IT, and their relevance to businesses.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently engage with clients at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities, with a strategic and consultative approach to selling.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to manage and track sales activities.
  • Willingness to work a hybrid schedule and travel within the Upstate as needed.
