Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at AccorHotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation and presentation, ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Supervise and train a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor and control food costs, ensuring that they are within budget.
  • Ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are met.
  • Coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure that all ingredients and supplies are of the highest quality.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the executive chef and food and beverage director to develop and implement new menu concepts and promotions.
  • Ensure that all kitchen equipment and facilities are maintained in good working order.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that the kitchen is running efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • 12-15 years of experience in a senior kitchen role.
  • Advanced courses or experience in the administration side of the kitchen.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and training skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Ability to work effectively with a team and build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Working Conditions
  • Exposure to extreme temperatures.
  • Prolonged periods of standing and/or walking.
  • Able to carry up to 50lbs.
