Job Summary

Tower 23 Hotel and JRDN Restaurant are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency in every dish.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-volume, up-market restaurant environments and a proven track record of leading a team to achieve exceptional results. You will be responsible for managing kitchen staff, motivating them to achieve their best, and ensuring that all food safety and sanitation standards are met.

We offer a competitive salary range of $23.00 - $27.00 per hour, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including PTO, paid sick time, health/dental/vision benefits, and flexible scheduling.
