**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage prep lists and ensure all safety and sanitation compliance
* Oversee banquet preparation and execution, daily line checks, and product storage management
* Develop and execute recipes, oversee expo, and conduct transitional walkthroughs
* Coach and develop team members, manage schedules for BOH team members
