Liberty Personnel Services, Inc is seeking a highly skilled Accounting Assistant to join their team in West Chester, PA.
About the JobThis is a temporary position (6 months/year) requiring 20-30 hours on-site work with the possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities- AIA and Construction Billing: Must have extensive knowledge of AIA + Construction billing practices.
- Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable: Proven experience in managing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- Construction Software: Proficient in Sage 300 or similar construction software.
- Microsoft Office: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
The estimated salary for this position is $28-$32 per hour, with opportunities for bonuses and career growth.
