Job Title: Account Sales Manager

Indianapolis Fruit Company is seeking a highly skilled Account Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and meet customer needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and customer requests
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; related coursework or degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the fresh produce industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Proficient in CRM and ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and common email systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
