Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell EnvelopiQ solutions to contractors, building owners, and consulting engineers.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Work with customers to develop turnkey solutions across all EnvelopiQ offerings, focusing on environmental control and energy optimization strategies.
  • Build opportunities from existing accounts and increase "pull through" opportunities.
  • Review and develop strategic service options and proposals centered around customer needs in life safety and inspection services, video surveillance, and electronic access control.
  • Maintain customer records in Salesforce, including service agreements, quoted services, and contracting proposals.
  • Attend trade shows and professional association meetings to network with current and potential customers.
  • Create estimate proposals using EnvelopiQ estimating tools.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent training and experience in a similar field.
  • 2+ years of relevant sales experience preferred.
  • Experience building a network of business relationships to create sales opportunities.
  • Ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts and their impact on customers.
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to react to change and translate it into opportunities.
  • Demonstrated competency in creating presentations and confidently presenting to all levels of the organization.
  • Competitive nature and a strong desire to win.
  • Willingness to continue sales and engineering education.
