Client Relationship Consultant

Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up
- Assess and attend to clients' banking needs, providing personalized solutions and recommendations
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services, including digital offerings
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a consistent and optimal client experience
- Collaborate with branch team members and partners to best serve clients
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typically 4-5 years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
- Bilingual ability to read, write, and speak in business proficiency of Spanish and English
- Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Thorough knowledge of bank and branch policies, procedures, and support systems
- Experience with digital products and self-service technologies
