As a Sales Consultant at Rumble Boxing Stamford, you will collaborate closely with the General and Operations Managers to drive new membership sales and enhance the overall client experience. Your primary responsibility will be to attract new members to our studio and facilitate their booking into classes. A passion for fitness and familiarity with the Rumble brand is advantageous, though not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional sales and customer service.
- Set and achieve sales goals for memberships, class packages, and retail items.
- Master the ClubReady studio management software for efficient operations.
- Maintain physical stamina to stand or sit for extended periods.
- Communicate effectively in English, both in person and through various channels.
- Thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Your Duties Will Include:
- Welcoming clients to the studio, fostering relationships with members, and identifying potential new members during classes.
- Implementing the Rumble Sales Process, which encompasses lead generation, follow-up, and member enrollment.
- Conducting studio tours while understanding and addressing individual fitness goals.
- Offering alternative sales options and packages to both prospective and existing members.
- Engaging in special events such as Grand Openings and community activities.
- Continuously enhancing your sales skills.
- Collaborating with team members to uphold a pristine studio environment.
- Performing additional tasks as required.
