Cybersecurity Compliance Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Compliance Specialist to join our team at Underground Administration in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance programs, cybersecurity, and client-facing roles within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage compliance programs, with a focus on SOC 2 and ISO 27001 frameworks
- Implement technical controls in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Work directly with clients to address compliance and cybersecurity needs
- Conduct analysis of cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities
- Develop and maintain compliance documentation
- 4+ years of experience in compliance and cybersecurity
- Experience in an analyst role within an MSP environment
- Proven track record in managing compliance programs (SOC 2, ISO 27001)
- Strong knowledge of technical controls in AWS, GCP, and Azure
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English
- Ability to work independently with strong initiative
- US Citizen or Green Card holder (No sponsorship available)
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CISSP, CISM)
- Experience in conducting security training and awareness programs
- Familiarity with other compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)
- Fully remote position
- Salary range: $125,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience
