Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing and managing supply chain planning activities that support the production of our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize a foundational understanding of supply chain operations, systems, and processes relevant to the department.
  • Ensure accountability for departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyze and interpret data to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Identify issues promptly and communicate the status of tasks clearly while providing assistance as needed.
  • Engage in team discussions aimed at resolving goals and objectives.
  • Organize and prioritize your daily workload effectively.
  • Develop skills in analytical and qualitative methods to enhance supply chain processes related to product introductions.
  • Coordinate the planning of finished goods manufacturing and distribution across production sites and distribution centers.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of and ability to implement supply chain best practices.
  • Proven ability to learn and effectively utilize planning tools.
  • Familiarity with supply chain processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills within team settings.
  • Understanding of Demand Resource Planning (DRP) or Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP), along with knowledge of warehouse and manufacturing processes.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment, either through work or internships.
  • Certification in Production & Inventory Management (CPIM) or as a Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM).
  • 5+ years of experience in material management, production planning, purchasing, or distribution, particularly in electronics manufacturing.
  • Experience in project management or team facilitation.
