Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
As a vital member of our procurement team, you will:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential suppliers and assess their capabilities.
  • Prepare and manage competitive bidding processes, including Requests for Quotations (RFQ) and Requests for Proposals (RFP).
  • Negotiate favorable terms and pricing with vendors to ensure the best value for our organization.
  • Oversee the entire purchase order lifecycle, from initiation to contract closure.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including Finance, Legal, and Compliance, to ensure alignment and adherence to procurement policies.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for cost reduction.
  • Develop and implement innovative procurement strategies that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Experience in contract management and an understanding of legal terminology.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and systems.
