Role Overview: As an Order Management Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our operations by ensuring the seamless processing of customer orders. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our order entry system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently enter customer orders into our system, verifying all details for accuracy.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding their orders, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Process orders promptly to meet delivery expectations.
  • Track order status throughout the fulfillment process, collaborating with logistics teams for timely delivery.
  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to customer orders, including modifications or cancellations.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in the order processing system.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance order entry efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in order management or a similar role, preferably in customer service.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and order entry systems.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, is advantageous.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills to foster positive customer relationships.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
