Customer Service Representative
Position Overview:
As a vital member of our team at Prestige Bank Of Texas, the Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional support and administrative services tailored to our government clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
The Customer Service Representative is tasked with a variety of functions including:
- Providing comprehensive information to clients via phone regarding their inquiries.
- Managing product order and delivery status communications.
- Facilitating the coordination of product returns.
- Conducting data entry and maintaining accurate customer records.
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints efficiently.
- Processing customer requests and updates to accounts.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- A strong motivation to excel in customer service.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Effective time management abilities.
- Strong evaluative skills to assess situations accurately.

Compensation and Benefits:
