Customer Service Representative

Position Overview:
As a vital member of our team at Prestige Bank Of Texas, the Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional support and administrative services tailored to our government clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

The Customer Service Representative is tasked with a variety of functions including:

  • Providing comprehensive information to clients via phone regarding their inquiries.
  • Managing product order and delivery status communications.
  • Facilitating the coordination of product returns.
  • Conducting data entry and maintaining accurate customer records.
  • Addressing and resolving customer complaints efficiently.
  • Processing customer requests and updates to accounts.

Compensation and Benefits:
