Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer requests for spare parts and facilitate delivery problem resolution.
  • Manage Supplier Data: Collect and process supplier and/or customer data regarding delivery of spare parts, provisioning products or related services.
  • Track and Monitor Customer Deliveries: Enter, track, monitor and coordinate customer material, delivery requirements and returns for customer orders.
  • Execute Supplier Management Strategies: Manage and execute supplier management strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Assist in Data Analysis: Assist in the analysis of supplier and customer data regarding products and services to include repair capabilities, capacity, and performance.
  • Monitor and Report Performance: Monitor dashboards and/or reports out of Spotfire (and other reporting tools) and review/create reporting and/or analytics using Microsoft Excel and/or Smart Sheet tool.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with leadership, program managers, supply chain, product line team and other key stakeholders to support OTD objectives.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate and present clear and effectively. Complete tasks with little to no supervision.
Requirements
  • Customer Support Experience: 1+ years of customer support or customer service experience.
  • Supply Chain Experience: 1+ years of experience with Supply Chain processes.
  • ERP System Experience: 1+ year of experience with SAP or similar ERP systems highly preferred.
  • High Pressure Situation Handling: Ability to handle high pressure situations.
  • Database Management: Experience with Excel, Access, or other database management.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Experience communicating and collaborating directly with internal or external customers, peers, other employees, and all levels of leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Microsoft Office Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools.
  • Operations Experience: 5+ Years in an Operations, Distribution Center, Aerospace, or similar/related environment highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Data Analysis and Troubleshooting: Experience performing data analysis and troubleshooting.
  • ERP Reporting Systems: Experience with ERP reporting systems (i.e. Spotfire, Tableau, etc).
Typical Education/Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED: High school diploma or GED and typically 3 or more years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
