Primary Responsibilities:

- Accurately and efficiently process required items
Qualifications:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in customer service or call center environments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Excellent time management capabilities
- Detail-oriented
Training & Development:
Customer Support Specialists will participate in a thorough paid on-site training program designed to equip them with the essential skills for success in this position.
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time role, operating Monday through Friday with flexible shift options.
Compensation:
Competitive full-time base salary, eligibility for overtime, plus a target bonus
