Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Intake Coordinator to join our team at Lincare Holdings. As an Intake Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate customer invoicing by reviewing and processing documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facility and Resident Account Management: Create and maintain both facility and resident accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Documentation Review: Review documentation for Long-Term Care (LTC) business sent in from field representatives, making changes as necessary to reflect delivery, pickup, or sale.
  • Document Submission: Submit approved documents to RBCO for billing, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
  • Resident Census Review: Conduct regular reviews of resident census to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Third-Party Billing: Obtain and review documentation for third-party billing, ensuring accurate and timely payment.
  • Customer Dispute Resolution: Investigate customer disputes and work closely with RBCO to resolve issues.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as customer service or accounting.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
