Key Responsibilities- Patient Care
- Greet and check in patients in a professional and courteous manner

- Accommodate new patients by providing intake information and assisting with the completion of necessary paperwork
- Front Desk Operations
- Verify existing appointments and schedule future appointments
- Obtain medical records for patients and scan/upload documents onto our web portal as needed
- Review and maintain an active patient list
- Administrative Support
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
- Assist medical doctors and in-house specialists by preparing patient paperwork and prescribed medication/supply per doctor's orders
- A high school diploma or GED certificate is preferred
- Receptionist/Front Desk experience is preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Competitive hourly rate: $15 - $20 per hour, depending on experience
