Position Overview:
- Assist the Sales division in the analysis and resolution of challenges within existing dashboards. Support the sales personnel with routine responsibilities while addressing customer needs. Collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Oversee and facilitate the Sales department's distribution of materials, management of company-funded credit cards, and provide assistance with various software applications that bolster sales initiatives.
- Aid the Sales Support Lead with administrative tasks, including supporting HR compliance matters such as offer letters, onboarding new employees, FMLA, and vacation management.
- Manage user access within the Salesforce system and monitor multiple internal and licensed software platforms as mandated by Corporate Sales Management.
- Streamline the workflow of the Sales adjustment queue by addressing disputed freight invoices. Identify and propose preventive strategies to mitigate recurring issues.
- Collaborate with the Management of Customer Accounts, Information Systems, Pricing, Sales Accounts, and their clientele to resolve intricate challenges.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the Sales team concerning Salesforce projects. Assist with research and audits of various initiatives as required.
- Support the digital front of Estes in partnership with the IT department. Intake, assess, and resolve customer inquiries and escalations while safeguarding sensitive customer information.
- Generate and disseminate reports in alignment with leadership directives and compliance-driven initiatives.
- Deliver comprehensive customer onboarding assistance, facilitate integration and implementation of MyEstes APIs, and recommend practical solutions for complex account structures.
- Regular attendance is mandatory.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED), or a combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background.
- Strong verbal and precise written communication skills are essential.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Prior experience in the transportation sector is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
- Must be self-motivated and detail-oriented in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with Sales and Administration platforms, including but not limited to CRM, AS400, PEGA Disputes, PEGA PRSM, ENET Reports and Applications, and Oracle Procurement is preferred.
- Ability to listen, interpret, and clarify complex instructions.
- Effective communication and interaction skills with customers and across all organizational levels are necessary.
- Must be capable of lifting approximately 20 lbs., or more if required by essential job functions.
- Compliance with all company policies, rules, procedures, and Code of Conduct is mandatory.
- Ability to work well with others and independently.
- Capable of functioning under tight deadlines in a high-volume environment with multiple priorities.
- Must respond well to inquiries; ability to read, interpret, and comply with written information and documents such as safety regulations, operational/procedure manuals, and maintenance instructions with a high level of comprehension and concentration, including the ability to meet deadlines.
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening, random drug and/or alcohol tests, and will be subject to a criminal history background check.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
