Job Summary
The Sales Account Executive role provides opportunities to develop sales skills and grow a long-term career at a company generating over $17 billion in revenue. DISH offers comprehensive training, development, and tools for success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell DISH and Boost Mobile products and services to new and existing customers
- Assess customer needs and offer the best value
- Demonstrate resilience and maintain focus on larger goals
- Effectively manage time and be open to learning new methods
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Document customer information, including demographic and billing data
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Compensation
The base pay is $17.75 per hour, with uncapped commission potential. Target compensation is $64,000 per year, with the opportunity to earn significantly more based on performance. Top performers can make well over six figures annually.

Requirements
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- High school diploma; college graduates preferred
- Pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test
- Must work full-time, on-site in one of our Direct Sales facilities
- Have open availability to work provided schedules
- Have a smartphone or other device with an active network connection
