Job Summary

The Sales Account Executive role provides opportunities to develop sales skills and grow a long-term career at a company generating over $17 billion in revenue. DISH offers comprehensive training, development, and tools for success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell DISH and Boost Mobile products and services to new and existing customers
  • Assess customer needs and offer the best value
  • Demonstrate resilience and maintain focus on larger goals
  • Effectively manage time and be open to learning new methods
  • Build and maintain customer relationships
  • Document customer information, including demographic and billing data
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

Compensation

The base pay is $17.75 per hour, with uncapped commission potential. Target compensation is $64,000 per year, with the opportunity to earn significantly more based on performance. Top performers can make well over six figures annually.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • High school diploma; college graduates preferred
  • Pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test
  • Must work full-time, on-site in one of our Direct Sales facilities
  • Have open availability to work provided schedules
  • Have a smartphone or other device with an active network connection
