Revenue Growth Specialist

We are seeking a Revenue Growth Specialist to join our team at Rumble Boxing Midcity Yards. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and leading our sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail or fitness sales, strong leadership skills, and a passion for fitness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase membership sales.
- Member Engagement: Build strong relationships with members, engage them in proactive outreach, and ensure high member retention.
- Team Management: Hire, train, and mentor Front Desk Team Members to provide excellent customer service and drive results.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze membership sales and retail performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase revenue.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in retail/service sales or fitness sales, with a proven ability to generate personal sales and train others.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to manage, mentor, and motivate a team.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English.
- Sales Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Estimated annual salary: $55,000 - $75,000 based on experience.
- Commission paid on sales (membership and retail).
