We are seeking an experienced Director of Business Development to join our team at SourcePro Search, LLC. This is a key leadership role that will be responsible for driving business development strategies and initiatives to support our litigation practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies and plans to drive growth and revenue for our litigation practices.
  • Collaborate closely with practice groups, senior business development staff, and other key stakeholders to develop strategic goals and actionable plans.
  • Advise team members on the development of concise and actionable business development plans for individual practices and attorneys.
  • Lead firmwide business development initiatives, including rolling out new business development resources for partners and implementing win/loss client interviews firmwide.
  • Serve as an active, collaborative member of the BD Leadership Team and support the "one firm" approach to business development.
  • Manage the BD team supporting the firm's litigation practices and ensure the highest quality of service for internal and external clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required, MBA or JD preferred.
  • At least 12 years of relevant experience in professional services marketing; law firm experience preferred.
  • Expert knowledge of core marketing principles, including driving innovative tools and programs, competitive intelligence, market research, and pitch and RFP responses.
  • Experience in leading a team of marketing professionals and driving success through high performance collaboration.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to recognize marketing and business development opportunities and pursue them strategically.
