Business Development Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our Reinsurance Solutions team. As a key member of our Global Growth Operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting strategic and competitive sales opportunities for our reinsurance broking solution line.
As a Business Development Director, you will be responsible for developing clear and compelling storyboards and presentations focused on clients' needs and strategies. You will also be responsible for articulating Aon's value proposition in proposals and presentations to help increase the win rate and generate new business.
Key Responsibilities- Developing value propositions, market research and analysis, project management, and graphic design
- Working with individuals and teams to develop clear and compelling storyboards and presentations
- Articulating Aon's value proposition in proposals and presentations
- Driving RFP and new business opportunities by helping to define and articulate Aon's value proposition
- Using influence and skill in articulating value to support on major sales opportunities and to increase the effectiveness of Aon business development initiatives
- Knowledge of financial services
- Senior sales management experience in a leading professional, financial services, technology, or legal organization
- Transforming sales performance (revenue retention and growth) in a high-value services sector
- Hands-on major client competitive tender situation management
- Articulating complex high-value technical and service propositions
- Managing internal stakeholders on sales opportunities
- Working with and managing graphic designers and design deliverables to tight deadlines
