Business Development Director - Aviation Sector

Corgan is seeking a highly motivated and outgoing Business Development Director to join our Aviation team. This role will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the aviation industry across the Eastern US.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate and secure new business opportunities through identifying and pursuing areas of growth
  • Coordinate and track business development efforts in the Aviation Sector, collaborating with leadership to develop and execute a project pursuit strategy
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with decision-makers and influencers in the industry
  • Plan and coordinate local and national industry events and conferences, facilitating high-visibility participation for Aviation Sector leadership
  • Manage the Aviation Studio Business Development budget for the Eastern Region
  • Build and maintain a network of professional contacts, collaborating with other business development directors to source leads and build national networking relationships
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of regional business development experience in the Aviation AEC industry
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and experience working with a CRM system
