About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Director, Business Development Fleet Solutions to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the fleet solutions space.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute lead generation strategies to drive sales growth in the fleet solutions market.
  2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver solutions that meet customer needs and drive business results.
  4. Provide input to product development to ensure solutions are scalable and repeatable.
Requirements
  1. 8+ years of experience in a business-to-business sales environment.
  2. Strong understanding of commercial fleet economics and logistics, including the challenges associated with the transition to zero-emission vehicles.
  3. Exceptional interpersonal, financial, and business acumen.
  4. Experience understanding and explaining technical and engineering solutions.
  5. Proven track record of developing commercial opportunities in high-growth environments.
  6. High degree of fluency in sales methodologies.
  7. Ability to understand, calculate, and present complex financial analyses to customers.
  8. Excellent customer service and organization skills.
  9. Interest in innovation, energy solutions contracting, and a passion to serve others.
  10. Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred; Master's degree, a plus.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $138,000 to $189,000, depending on location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Our benefits package includes healthcare, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan with a company match of 50% up to 12% of eligible compensation. We also offer generous PTO and paid holidays, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
