Job Description

At Corporation Service Company, we're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Service Representative to join our National Corporate Transactions team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and delivering solutions that help their business run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their unique needs and concerns.
  • Research, analyze, and review legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide timely and effective support to internal and external clients via phone, email, or other communication channels.
  • Manage client portfolios and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Enter client information, file documents electronically, and retrieve information as needed.
  • Navigate multiple databases quickly and accurately to resolve client inquiries.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance client satisfaction and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a business-to-business customer service or administrative role.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
