About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at GCG. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of GCG's industrial automation products and solutions to provide customers with best-in-class solutions
  • Nurture relationships with existing GCG customers to increase sales revenue and expand product offerings
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements with customers and vendors to drive business growth
  • Coordinate with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Travel to customer sites as needed to build relationships and drive sales growth
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of business-to-business sales experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial automation
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
  • Previous experience with sales process, including calling, emailing, handling objections, closing, and follow-up
