Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our team at HPARAS CONSULTING GROUP INC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, identifying sales opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct warm calling to generate leads and identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for growth and improvement.
  • Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to manage client accounts and track sales activities.
Requirements
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of success.
  • Leadership abilities to effectively manage client relationships and drive sales growth.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
  • Technical sales knowledge to effectively promote products or services.
