Job Description

The Sales Executive - Recruiting position offers a unique opportunity for a seasoned sales professional with over 7 years of experience in the Professional Staffing industry. This fully remote role is perfect for those seeking to innovate and expand their sales skills in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect large enterprise and mid-market companies to acquire new business opportunities
  • Manage the sales process from initial outreach to client onboarding
  • Handle complex sales cycles and influence various levels of decision-making
  • Achieve assigned sales targets
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with prospects and customers
  • Attend industry events for networking and growth opportunities

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience selling Professional staffing services to Mid-Market and Enterprise Level Customers
  • 3-5 years of experience selling Managed Services such as RPO, MSP, and VMS
  • Strong network within the Talent Ecosystem community
  • Established relationships with key decision-makers in Tech, Finance, Engineering, etc.
  • Minimum Bachelors degree
  • Ability to travel for industry conferences 2-3 times per year
