Job Title: Regional Sales Executive

Bear Robotics is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue within your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of sales experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record of sales success and revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual (Mandarin) language skills
  • Strong computer skills with NetSuite (ERP), Salesforce (CRM), G-Suite, Slack, Zoom, Concur, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
