Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Executive to join our fully remote national sales team at CMO Talent Solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional with 7+ years of staffing experience to leverage their expertise and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect and close new business opportunities with large enterprise and mid-market companies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
- Manage complex sales cycles and influence decision-making at various levels.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the growth of our US market share.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Professional Staffing and Managed Services space.
- 7+ years of experience selling Professional staffing services to mid-market and enterprise-level customers.
- 3-5 years of experience selling Managed Services such as RPO, MSP, and VMS.
- Well-connected within the Talent Ecosystem community.
- Strong established relationships with key decision-makers in Tech, Finance, and Engineering.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and proven success in acquiring net new clients.
- Ability to travel and attend industry conferences 2-3 times per year.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in tools such as Zoom, Dynamics CRM, and MS Office Suite.
