Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Executive to join our fully remote national sales team at CMO Talent Solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional with 7+ years of staffing experience to leverage their expertise and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and close new business opportunities with large enterprise and mid-market companies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Manage complex sales cycles and influence decision-making at various levels.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the growth of our US market share.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Professional Staffing and Managed Services space.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience selling Professional staffing services to mid-market and enterprise-level customers.
  • 3-5 years of experience selling Managed Services such as RPO, MSP, and VMS.
  • Well-connected within the Talent Ecosystem community.
  • Strong established relationships with key decision-makers in Tech, Finance, and Engineering.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and proven success in acquiring net new clients.
  • Ability to travel and attend industry conferences 2-3 times per year.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in tools such as Zoom, Dynamics CRM, and MS Office Suite.
