Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes, appointment scheduling, and registration
  • Verify demographics and insurance information
  • Handle telephone coverage, data entry, and authorizations
  • Support pre-registration, new patient referrals, and point-of-service collections
Requirements:
  • Two years of experience in customer service or a healthcare office setting
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
