Role Overview

The Patient Access Representative is a vital role, acting as the initial point of interaction for visitors at our facilities. This position encompasses a variety of customer service responsibilities, including:
  • Managing check-in and check-out processes.
  • Scheduling appointments and handling registrations.
  • Verifying patient demographics and insurance details.
  • Providing telephone support and performing data entry tasks.
  • Processing authorizations and new patient referrals.
  • Collecting payments at the point of service.

Qualifications and Skills
