About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and objectives, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our range of financial products and services, including deposit and loan options, and be able to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, both in-person and virtually.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial situations and provide creative solutions to meet client needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with branch team members and partners to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional client experiences.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Typically 3-4 years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual ability to read, write, and speak in business-level proficiency of Russian, Ukrainian, and English.
Preferred Skills
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up.
  • Communication: Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients.
  • Product Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures, and support systems.
  • Customer Service: Proven customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Digital Literacy: Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies.
