Position: Kidney Transplant Specialist at the Commonwealth of Virginia

Department: Nephrology Division

The Nephrology Division at the Commonwealth of Virginia is seeking a dedicated full-time Kidney Transplant Specialist to enhance their renal care team. This position is open to candidates at various ranks, which will be determined based on their qualifications and experience. The selected individual will be responsible for delivering comprehensive pre and post-operative kidney transplant care to patients in both hospital and outpatient environments. Furthermore, the specialist will actively participate in the educational program for nephrology fellows, medical residents, and students.

  • Qualifications:
    • MD or equivalent medical degree
    • Board-certified or board-eligible in Nephrology
    • Exceptional clinical, technical, and interpersonal abilities
    • Training from recognized medical institutions
