Position Summary:
This role involves serving as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) in an outpatient dialysis setting, catering to a diverse patient population. You will collaborate with a team of thirteen dietitians across twelve facilities, focusing on education, support, and professional networking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized nutrition care plans for patients with chronic kidney disease.
- Engage with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to enhance patient outcomes.
- Provide educational resources for physicians, patients, and healthcare professionals.
- Foster professional growth within a dynamic nutrition team.
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for a passionate Registered Dietitian who:
- Demonstrates enthusiasm for renal nutrition and quality improvement.
- Possesses strong independent working skills as well as teamwork capabilities.
- Holds at least one year of clinical experience post-registration.
- Exhibits a keen interest in renal disease management and clinical nutrition.
