Manay CPA is collaborating with Ambrosia Luxury Travel, a distinguished travel agency based in Turkey, renowned for its focus on luxury travel experiences in Turkey and its neighboring regions.
Position Overview:
The Vice President of Strategic Partnerships will play a pivotal role in driving business expansion and enhancing market visibility across the United States and Canada.
This position calls for a proactive individual with expertise in both luxury travel and group/mass travel sectors. As a remote role, you will work closely with teams located in Turkey. The position necessitates travel for industry events, tradeshows, and meetings with key stakeholders and prospective clients.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance market visibility in the United States and Canada.
Identify target demographics, key accounts, and industry sectors to optimize business opportunities and revenue growth.
Foster and sustain relationships with essential industry partners, including hotels, airlines, tour operators, travel agencies, and corporate clients.
Negotiate and establish advantageous terms and agreements with partners to improve service offerings and competitiveness in the market.
Lead sales initiatives to attract new clients and grow existing accounts in both luxury and group/mass travel sectors.
Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and calls with key and prospective clients to promote services and secure business opportunities.
Represent the companies at industry events, conferences, and tradeshows to showcase services, network with potential clients, and stay informed on industry trends.
Organize and manage participation in events, including logistics, marketing materials, and promotional activities.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to uncover opportunities for innovation and growth.
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to evaluate business performance and guide strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Demonstrated success in business development, sales, or related roles within the luxury travel and group/mass travel sectors.
Strong knowledge of the United States travel market, with experience in promoting destination-focused travel services.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
Self-driven and results-oriented, with the capability to work independently and remotely while achieving targets.
Willingness to travel for industry events, tradeshows, and client meetings as necessary.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Turkish or other languages is an advantage.
