We are in search of a seasoned and accomplished Senior Sales Account Manager specializing in the machine vision domain, specifically focusing on the Automotive sector.

The ideal candidate will be tasked with strategically broadening our customer base, overseeing key accounts, and driving sales growth for our innovative machine vision offerings. This remote position will necessitate up to 50% travel. Candidates must reside in the US.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster and enhance relationships with key clients, understanding their evolving business requirements, and delivering strategic solutions utilizing our machine vision products.
  • Formulate and implement sophisticated sales strategies tailored to high-value accounts, ensuring alignment with broader organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to navigate intricate sales cycles, leveraging your expertise to foresee challenges and proactively address them.
  • Create detailed account plans for key clients, outlining long-term goals and strategies for sustained growth.
  • Maintain a leadership role in comprehending industry trends, competitor actions, and emerging opportunities within the machine vision landscape.
  • Utilize your market insights to identify and seize new business opportunities, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of innovation.
  • Act as the primary executive-level contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are not only met but surpassed.
  • Work closely with technical support and customer service teams to enhance overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  2. 5+ years of B2B technical sales experience in machine vision, robotics, and/or automation solutions **please ensure resumes submitted clearly showcase this experience**.
  3. Must reside in the US. Up to 50% travel is expected.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the Automotive industry is highly desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of machine vision technologies and their applications.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic sales approach with the ability to demonstrate value to the customer.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Consistent achievement of sales targets and quotas.

Salary: USD Yearly

Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience. Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunities to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement.
