Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing vehicle inventory, processing company vehicle payments, and resolving dealer issues. You will also coordinate and communicate with Stellantis departments, dealers, and auction houses to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage vehicle inventory, including processing and tracking
  • Assist in managing company vehicle payments, such as lease payments and reimbursements
  • Aid in resolving dealer issues regarding activations, deactivations, and courtesy delivery payments
  • Coordinate and communicate with Stellantis departments, dealers, and auction houses to resolve problems efficiently
  • Oversee all aspects of inventory management, ensuring accurate processing of transactions within company vehicle systems
  • Generate and manage reports on a daily and monthly basis to track inventory and payments
Requirements
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Ability to pass the drug screen and background check
  • Consistent work history and attendance record
  • Ability to multi-task with strong follow-up skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, and OneDrive
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must have great attention to detail and organizational skills
