Youth Program Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Child Supervision Worker to join our team at Seven Hills Foundation. As a key member of our Behavioral Health team, you will be responsible for providing temporary childcare for toddlers and children while their parents and/or guardians attend programs at our Family Resource Center or other events.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the safety and well-being of children in your care, supervising them in playroom areas and monitoring their activities.
- Maintain open communication with parents/guardians and respond promptly to any emergencies or urgent situations.
- Set up and maintain a safe and clean playroom environment, adhering to our agency's policies and procedures.
- Prepare and serve meals, ensuring that parents/guardians consent to all food and beverage choices before serving to children.
- Exhibit professionalism, ethics, and compassion in all interactions with consumers/clients, demonstrating competency, reliability, honesty, integrity, respectfulness, and continued learning.
- Identify and report any issues or concerns related to risk or ethical misconduct to a supervisor or senior staff member.
- Collaborate effectively with parents/caregivers, program staff, and leadership to provide a supportive and integrative environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Knowledge of child development principles to provide age-appropriate activities and care.
- Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and reliable personal transportation to fulfill essential job functions.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion, confidentiality, collaboration, ethics, and good judgment.
- Effective communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with others.
- Ability to perform therapeutic activities with children and families.
- Good physical health and ability to perform the duties listed above.
- Completion of agency-approved human service worker safety training, first aid, and CPR.
