Position Overview

Foster Home Supervisor - This is a full-time role focused on the recruitment of foster families and the oversight of foster caregivers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the challenges faced by children and youth in out-of-home care. Familiarity with the Central Massachusetts region is advantageous. Supervisory experience is a plus, along with excellent communication skills. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, coupled with applicable experience, is essential. Bilingual candidates are preferred.
