The Program Coordinator is accountable for the comprehensive management and execution of the residential services program.

This position will offer leadership and rehabilitative guidance along with emergency support services to a team of Direct Care Staff and individuals receiving support.

Minimum Educational Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and guide Direct Care staff and residents in a group living setting, fostering a nurturing, secure, and empowering atmosphere.

Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure program coverage and adherence to budgetary constraints.

Facilitate staff meetings and individual supervision sessions, ensuring that training for staff is up-to-date.

Conduct intake assessments to guarantee appropriate care is provided.

Engage in the Individual Action Plans (IAP) process for all individuals.


Assume financial responsibility for the site by aiding in the development and management of the program budget, as well as protecting clients' funds.

Ensure that clients' rehabilitative treatment and clinical documentation comply with Rehab Option standards.

Prepare reports as required, including data collection and analysis.

Participate in the on-call rotation, maintaining 24-hour availability for consultation and emergency crisis intervention.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma plus 5 years of experience; a Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

Proficient computer skills.

Strong analytical, reasoning, and numerical skills.

Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.


Must possess a valid driver's license, have access to a reliable and insured vehicle, and be willing to use it for client transportation.

Preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate an understanding of and competence in serving culturally diverse populations.
