About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinician to join our team at Open Sky Community Services. As a Clinician, you will play a vital role in providing intensive home-based therapeutic care to youth and young adults aged 6-22 who are experiencing emotional challenges and/or multi-stressed families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel and conduct in-home family therapy sessions to provide individualized treatment and support.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate and monitor individual treatment plans (ITPs).
  • Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 support for our clients.
  • Work effectively with collaterals and partner agencies, such as the Department of Mental Health (DMH), and educational facilities.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's Degree in a Social Services field.
  • A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
