Position Overview:

This is a temporary contract opportunity designed for a dedicated individual to support logistics operations.

Work Schedule:

Standard hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM PST, with a commitment of 40 hours per week. This role operates on a hybrid model, requiring in-office attendance from Tuesday to Thursday, allowing for remote work on Mondays and Fridays.

Training:

Comprehensive training will be provided on the Transportation Management System to ensure proficiency in the role.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience in supply chain or transportation is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
  • Familiarity with transportation systems is advantageous.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating and scheduling freight shipments to various locations.
  • Manage vendor communications regarding shipment requests.
  • Support trade requests and ensure timely processing of shipments.
  • Regularly update stakeholders through email communications.
