Additionally, this role involves supporting business process mapping and liaising with external vendors to ensure that the needs of the inbound logistics operations teams are met.

This role emphasizes the importance of defining what is genuinely significant for you and your team and working towards achieving those objectives. We seek a candidate who can seamlessly integrate into our close-knit team, characterized by diverse personalities, and navigate the dynamics between our business, product, and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Gather business and functional requirements for medium to large-scale complex projects, synthesizing input from various stakeholders into a prioritized requirements document.
2. Identify and document business processes, creating process maps that illustrate the relationship between the operational model and technology platforms, while also defining roles within these processes.
3. Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to comprehend their business needs and challenges, assisting in aligning the overall project scope.
4. Incorporate dependency management and architectural considerations into requirements.
5. Engage with system providers and technology teams to design and configure effective solutions.
6. Utilize or create documentation such as business requirements specifications, JIRA, and Confluence to facilitate alignment sessions, develop testing scripts, and document requirements.
7. Assess current business processes, workflows, and roadmaps to gain a thorough understanding of the existing state and the desired future state.
8. Lead cross-functional collaboration and drive alignment with business partners within project constraints.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Systems or Business Analyst, with at least 5 years in the IT sector; experience in a retail or manufacturing context is advantageous.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in Supply Chain functions.
- In-depth expertise in integrated Supply Chain System platforms.
- Comprehensive understanding of business processes within large organizations, including shipment tracking and transportation management.
- Experience in providing requirements and mapping business processes for medium to large complex initiatives.
- Familiarity with both agile and waterfall project delivery methodologies.
- Strong facilitation and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
