Project Overview:

The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our client's Technology Sourcing and Infrastructure (TSI) Team. This position requires a proactive individual who will serve as a key resource for various projects, ensuring that stakeholders are supported and that global processes are efficiently executed. The analyst will engage in cross-regional initiatives and adapt to new responsibilities as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support cross-regional projects and adapt to new operational areas within the TSI logistics portfolio.
  • Contribute to global projects with minimal oversight by identifying data discrepancies, collaborating with appropriate resources, and proposing solutions.
  • Facilitate cross-functional project execution to align with TSI Logistics objectives and drive improvements.
  • Comprehend assigned tasks (logistics/analytics/invoice analyses), foresee potential risks, and implement risk mitigation strategies while escalating issues to relevant personnel.
  • Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet both individual and service-level expectations.
  • Identify data errors, engage the right resources, and propose solutions aligned with project scopes.
  • Collaborate directly with external vendors, customers, and partner teams to fulfill project requirements.
  • Contribute to global improvement initiatives with limited guidance from leadership.
  • Act as the primary accountable leader for designated projects, assisting stakeholders in identifying and closing process gaps.
  • Evaluate costs, benefits, and risks, responding swiftly to high-priority issues through effective actions and appropriate escalations.
  • Work with internal and third-party engineering teams to develop network infrastructure solutions.
  • Create gap analyses, functional specifications, and milestones in accordance with project requirements.
  • Document lessons learned for each project/task to foster continuous improvement.
  • Maintain proactive communication with internal stakeholders to align on delivery timelines for successful project execution.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently while providing accurate reporting and adhering to project timelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, international business, or a related field (master's degree may be preferred).
  • 5+ years of relevant business experience.
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 3+ years of supply chain management experience.
  • 5+ years of proficiency in advanced Excel, SQL, or other relevant database querying languages.
  • 5+ years of experience with reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating metrics and effectively presenting data.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract and synthesize data for informed business decisions.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
